On a hot summer day, snow fell from the sky.
That very day, Kokdu woke up, in the body of Do Jin Woo. Kokdu took possession of the man who looked exactly like him.
As Kokdu woke up, he met with a doctor, Han Gye Jeol, who held him tightly. This is when their ill-fated relationship began.

Han Gye Jeol (Female, age 31)

A clumsy fellow of Pilsung University Hospital’s Emergency Medical Department

Her mother was a nurse and the only miracle of a small village on an island.
She cured everyone, but the people on the island were only thankful to the doctor.
Due to this, young Gye Jeol was angry and felt resentment.
This is why Gye Jeol was determined to become a doctor.

However, life was quite difficult for her.
Patients and their guardians treated emergency room doctors like sandbags. They continued to mentally abuse her.
Feeling shameful, Gye Jeol takes a walk. And that’s when she witnesses a bus in an accident.
There she meets the dying Do Jin Woo (the human being that looks exactly like Kokdu).
She risks danger and saves his life.
However, Gye Jeol is afraid that she’ll be sued again.
So without even acknowledging who she is, just like the little mermaid, she runs away from the scene of the accident.

After just meeting once, Do Jin Woo captures the heart of Gye Jeol.

Tae Jeong Won (Female, age 31)

People were surprised to see her apply for the emergency medical department.

Jeong Won had just one reason to want to work in the emergency medical department.
