* MBC will start broadcasting [Queen's Class] from June 2014

MBC revealed the official poster image of the new Wednesday-Thursday drama series [Queen's Class] on May 15th.

The main character of the new poster is actress Ko Hyun-jung who is acting ‘Mah Yeo-jin’, the teacher of an elementary school. The coldness in her eyes and smile expresses a uniqueness that puts distance from the images of ordinary teachers the viewers might have. Neat straight hair without one strand out of place, black suit and black heels expresses the teacher ‘Mah Yeon-jin’who is called with horrible nicknames such as ‘legendary witch’, ‘fox with nine tails’, ‘psychopath’...etc.

In the center of the drama series [Queen's Class] stands ‘Mah Yeo-jin’, a elementary teacher of the 6th grade and her students Shim Hana(actress Kim Hyang-gi), Oh Dong-gu(actor Chun Boh-geon) and Kim Seo-hyun(actresses Kim Sae-hyun) who are reveling against her.

Teacher Mah is very realistic and to her elementary students, she shows how tough it is to live the world. Instead of being a shield for her students, she herself becomes the authority. She often pushes her students to the edge by blackmailing and mischief-making.

Whole class of 6-3(class 3 of the sixth grade) is rebelling against teacher Mah’s educational attitude which is incomprehensible. Sometimes they would betray each other, sometimes they help each other and gradually they realize secret of the reality and make on their own views of the world. This kind of setting of the drama is totally new compared to the previous drama where the teachers were always the protectors of their students.

In each episode, teacher Mah is trying to be the high wall for the students and her students are trying not to be defeated and overcome the highness of the wall. And such strong plot will touch the hearts of the viewers with massive emotions. Through the story to show the meaning of the true education, [Queen's Class] will make the viewers look back on the true meaning of the happiness.

Actress Ko Hyun-jung is acting teacher Mah, the main character, and actress Yoon Yeo-jung is acting Yong Hyun-ja, the principal of the elementary school.

And the drama is led by the young but very professional actors and actresses Kim Hyang-gi, Chun Boh-geon, Kim Sae-ron, Seo Shin-ae, and Lee Young-woo. Although they are not adult actors and actresses, their roles in the drama are as big and important as any adult actors and actresses. Actress Kim Hyang-gi who acts the role of ‘Shin Hana’said, “I feel multiple emotions. I do worry a lot but I am also very excited for the new adventure.”

[Queen's Class] will start airing from June following after [When a Man Falls in Love] as Wednesday-Thursday drama series on MBC channel.
