Cha Seo-gyeong (Starring Lee So-yeon)

A writer for a radio show. She is headstrong and will make her opinions clear and due to this, she clashes a lot with her abrasive coworker Jin-hyung, a producer at the radio station. She falls in love with an impoverished photographer and elopes with him to America because of her mother's disapproval. After having no contact with her family for two years, she suddenly returns home very pregnant, and encounters her old coworker Jin-hyung at the airport.

Ha Jin-hyung (Starring Kang Eun-tak)

A radio show producer. He is married to Soo-jin, the daughter of a well-connected and politically powerful family but due to her spoiled personality, he is estranged from her. Though he appears to be inconsiderate and rude, he has a passionate heart. At first he didn't have any feelings for Seo-gyeong but after she became a single mom, he slowly falls in love with her.

Kim Sung-joon (Starring Seo Do-young)

A warm, charming gentleman who has returned back to Korea after finishing his grad school in United States. He has a positive outlook on life in general, just like his father. Carrying one of his late father's possessions, he brings it to his father's mentor who happens to be Seo-gyeong's grandfather. He met Seo-gyeong at the airport under unusual circumstances and after meeting her grandfather, he is able to get to know her a little better and they become friends.

Cho Young-sun (Starring Jung Ae-li)

She is stuck in a loveless marriage after spotting her husband cheated on her with her best friend. After her husband’s death, her dauthger Seo-gyeong resents her for not being saddened by his passing. She later learns that the father of the young man that Seo-gyeong is dating is Jong-soo whom she used to date and planned to marry until things went awry.

Ha Jong-soo (Starring Han, Ki-joong)

He took over his father-in-law's company and grew it into a profitable company. When he was a poor college grad trying to pass the bar exam, he dated Young-sun, but when he eventually went to work for a company, the president’s daughter showed interest in him and he marries the daughter instead of Young-sun. He has an understanding heart so he endures his wife's hot temper. When his son Jin-hyung dates the daughter of his ex-girlfriend, Young-sun, things start to get complicated.
